Also, I see no mention of updates to "classic" items ... not the quest specific ones but things like the Frost Brand, Flametongue - curious if they got a pass this time as well.

Not sure how I feel about this one either, but I have never had issue with getting a group for Crucible and I can solo Cabal with zero issues, so maybe they are just trying to get people flagged easier and quicker.

Keep in mind they made changes to the heroic quests too, for all we know Jorgy is in Cabal now.

Too much detail to be a typo. It even says people who haven't run cabal will have to run it to be flagged.

Bad idea to change flagging quest from Crucible to Cabal for One. Cabal is sooo easy compared to Crucible. With Crucible, you earn it. Its such an Iconic quest. If its not required anymore who's going to run it? What would be the point? Big mistake in my opinion.

Sorry but how in the world do you find this raid to be a PITA, This raid is easy to complete.

Some aspects of the changes, such as buffs to weapon damage dice, critical profiles, or an armor's base AC will be retroactive to your existing items. However, added augment slots or other changed effects on an item are not retroactive.
To get the complete, updated version of an item, you will need to find a new copy of that item.
