Nice catch! Can BF start as a 34, 36 points build? Character Generator don't let you... glitch or reality?

Anyone tried both version? Sorry if it has been answered already (it is 45 pages long)

BTW: starting as a pally (with BF), does this hurt the build badly? or you just loose a bit of skills and that's it?
if I was looking at going the Pally version, would almost certainly go with BF. you probably aren't going to try to push dex high enough to worry about grabbing combat archery and no penalty to CHR, along with reconstruct SLA and getting to skip right to 15. yes, please

but I am going the ranger route, initially centered with Sireth. had been thinking about going TWF as I had 1 nightmare already and the raider's box would have let me grab either a second nightmare or celestia but going to wait a while for the dust to settle with the changes to nightmare.

I think I will do it when my timer for lr resets.
Actually can put it in even with epic toughness.
But you need +4 and +5 tomes or 2 +4 tomes and put a point in 1 ability.

This is what Im thinking of doing on my centered jugg.
Not so sure about last feat, dont know what else to take, doubleshot is **** when you use bow mostly when manyshotting, pthf is meh, only 10% more glancing blow, could take that, but will try elusive target first.
Holy strike only on vorpal and only on evil targets, pthf does more dmg than holy strike.
don't think you can take zen archery at lvl 3 unless you start with an 11 wisdom. it requires wisdom 12 and you would only be at wisdom 11 at level 3.

You're right except it requires 13 wisdom so he'd have to be 11+ to take zen archery.

Zen Archery even needs 13+ WIS.

This is build only for my lr, so doesnt matter when I take what class.

Decided to drop epic toughness and take epic dmg reduction, think it benefits me more, since I have around 1.1k hp in quest.

    Question

I'm fairly new, I've never leveled a character past 10 and I'm back after taking a break from DDO for a while. I'm really intrigued by the Juggernaut but I'm unsure how it would work as a first life. Is it possible to do properly with a 32-point build? Is it self-sufficient while leveling or does it only shine in the endgame? It looks like a lot of fun, especially since I'm primarily solo, but I don't know where to start without the extra points and past lives and such.

Any advice for a beginner? Thanks!

Jugg really shines at 20. The leveling is fine, but not the easiest builds around. The main problem is, that reconstruct comes pretty late, which makes the big difference. You want the 2 monk levels early, so reconstruct comes at level 17 the earliest. Furthermore, for skillpoint assignment it's better to take paladin levels first, pushing reconstruct to 19. Other than that, it's fine. Early levels are breeze with repeater, trapping works all the way through, but the higher heroic levels before reconstruct are less fun.

Making 32-point build should be quite doable, just need to plan the stats carefully with the requirements for the feats: manyshot 17dex, overwhelming critical 23str, epic toughness 21con, zen archery 13wis (if you want that, probably the hardest stat-requirement for a 32-pointer).

It was a reincarnate but it really should be fine for leveling. Let me know if you have any questions.

I know it's a newbie question, but why the feats like Point Blank Shot if you are dealing most of your damage in melee? Is it just to load up burst damage with Manyshot at higher levels? I imagine the leveling process would be to grab my trusty Carnifex and cleave through everything in sight?

I'm not worried about groups and max-level burst right now, I just want to solo quests without a lot of frustrating deaths.

Am I misunderstanding the strengths of the build?

Many shot requires point blank shot. Its a feat that can be taken at low level where many of the others make you wait for BAB prereq.

    Default looking for enhancements

    Sup man

I browse trough the first 20 pages... but still can't find the enhancement for this guy... the new ones, since the enhancements pass.
I would love to try this out as a bladeforged, having reconstruct as a SLA at low level would help for sure, and since now, with U20, you start at level 15! yayyyy
So you need 17 DEX for manyshot right? and 21 STR/CON for OC and epic toughness...
What else is mandatory? forgetting anything? Also, as a first life TR, is it still possible (34 point build)
    Thanks

That's because frankly, the enhancements suck for this build, other than racials. You take the low hanging fruits and skip all high tier stuffs.

3 points in AA for arrows
11 ninja spy for dodge/ref/sneak attack
    arachnotech 4 for scroll mastery
    tempest 7 for sprint boost
    shintao 1 for 10% hamp
After those, you still have some to spend. I grabbed 23 in arachnotech for +2 enchant and 2str, the rest (~30) goes to race.

On you Devil Assault solo video, you start out fighting with what looks like a Greatsword and then switch to a Greataxe.
Can you tell me what those weapons were ?
Is that how this toon deals DPS ? Are you not using the repeating crossbow at all on a Jugger build ?

    +1 for the build.

Greatsword is skybreaker from fot, greataxe is cleaver from citw.
Yea, thats how jugg deals dps, with switching to bow for manyshot.

I'm just gearing up my toon to TR into a second life and I thought the juggy looked appealing. Is it possible to do the ranger variant as a second life with a +4 supreme ability tome, or will I be short on points to do the mid/high level feats. Centered version, THF or twf are options as I have 2 raider's boxes I haven't used yet.

    Thanks.
