im thinking of tring my wf bard into this, be 34 point paladin version build of this,

Just would like some ideas on what type of gear I should get?

I don't have sireth or ESOS i do have EAGA, epic whirlwind, I use a 4d6 light maul of disruption as my skelly beater, would it be a good idea to make myself a triple pos greensteel maul for my skelly beater?

I have carnifex, then sos for level 10+ but I didnt bother to make any other greensteel weapons on this toon. I have a cloud burst and I can upgrade it, got nothing else really i want to do with those reaver tokens, is cloud burst upgraded really that that bad?

And unfortunately I dont have any good bows, i can craft some greensteel ones though, so litII? ooze bow? whats a good option? I do have a few silver bows lying around for low level stuff but from what I can see of this build wont be using bows till later on?

I do have some large guild slot docents to craft, that IQ docent I can upgrade, +8 con and +8 str stone heart docent. And I should be able to craft a black dragon scale docent when I get to epic levels.

I have the seal, and shard of the thornlord lol but its been years so dont think i will ever get a thornlord.

Used it from 16 till 20+ as i don't have pinion yet and it works great.
An alternative is the epic elemental longbow from cannith challenges.. IPS + greater stone prison is quite nice.

This is exactly the heroic loadout that I have for my soon to tr melee. Upgraded Cloudburst is better dps than a lit2 if you don't need to break good DR. And for things with DR you can just craft a min lvl 16 holy of outsider bane.

I do highly recommend making a triple pos maul, since afaik It's still top dps against undead.

If you can, the pally monk version of this can really rock a fully upgraded Dreamspitter. Holy, Force Burst, Greater Evil Outsider bane - you can slap whatever metal type on it you need to break DR and stay centered.

I'm not sure if folks run Reaver for Sigils anymore, but that'd be something I'd recommend you get if you can.
Ghallanda - now with fewer alts and more ghostbane

    Great update and great tips!

I have a ranger version and am trying to remove stunning blow, I've come to the same conclusion that it's just not worth having, but when I speak to Fred, stunning blow does not come up as an option to remove. I took stunning blow at level 1, is there some mechanic that prevents the swapping of a first level feat?

Hm nope u can switch all feats which have no feat depending on them i.e. Cleave and Great Cleave.

You should be able to switch Stunning Blow always.

Ht 20 last night on my juggy..

Been using 1 (new) deathnip and a Min II offhand most of the time.

I think its time to upgrade my offhand though. MinII isnt that sexy anymore.

I keep gravitating towards a second Deathnip... SLot em with Good and they can pretty much bypass any DR(With appropriate Metal Spell) and do awesome damage...

    Other options:

Epic Envenomed Blade might be cool. Or maybe a Sacrificial Dagger?

    Other ideas?

    Thanks

I'd be interested in knowing, since I have a toon with a bunch of TWF weapons that I'd like to turn into a juggernaut. 2WF is probably straight up worse I'm sure though.

There were several posts about folks doing a TWF build...Impaqt (http://forums.ddo.com/showpost.php?p...&postcount=590) is one of those folks.

For one handed weapons CITW is the place to look.
Nightmare is the best beater for everything that is not red named (requires bastard sword prof. though and TWF jugg is probably tight on feats).

Mornh (with pulverizer from LD, 15-20 x3 crits), Balizarde (built-in 15-20 x3 critrange) and Celestia are all pretty awesome for pure damage.
Fully upgraded they all have a red slot so you can also break DR with those.

Guess balizarde would be your best bet, since you have IC Pierce (although it has keen already anyway..).

Yeah Balizard is great, but say if he doesnt already have that, how bad is that epic cove shortsword cut throats small blade? 18-20 threat range so its like a rapier 2d6 damage, slicing, bleed, 6% double strike and corrosive salt. I know it wont be something you would want to use for long, but as a stop gap till you get something better? who knows he might just have one sitting forgotten somewhere?

or even the epic envenomed blade?

the good thing about celestia is you don't need to do the whole 24 coms is it? expensive upgrade to get a slot, it does light damage instead of piercing so should bypass most dr, and it gives a green slot not a red, but thats what the wiki said anyway.
