Game Crash

Whenever I try to log in to a character which logged off in Stormreach Harbor, the game simply crashes to desktop showing: Connection lost. I do not see any connection loss myself. Any ideas to fix this?

Sorry, I forgot something. I forgot to say this crash only occurs when I logged off in stormreach, when I log off in Korthos, game loads fine. When I try to reach Stormreach from Korthos, it takes quite long, but it will load properly and I am able to play in Stormreach, although it is slow as hell.
