guild bug

hi all! im writing here, because the in game support and turbine don't help me... i have a problem from 2 days. me and all the member of my guild can't find guild renown in chest, and even take in quest. we are a new guild, and if we lose renown from now, we will not grow. so i have tolked 2 times whit GM and they told me only that they cant do anything for me, and that my problem will be solved......... ooookkk. i reported the bug 2 times, whit all the information....... oooookkkk.... and nothing change. no one answer me, the bug is still there. and all the guild renown i dont know where is going, and if we will be able to take it back. so if someone can help me whit this problem i will be really glad ... i play on orien server whti 2 toons: "Weldy" and "halastor" thanks all.

Hi,

If your guild is new and has been levelling quickly, you might have reached renown ransack. Don't worry, it is only temporary.

This mechanism was introduced to keep guilds from levelling too quickly. Have a look at this post < http://forums.ddo.com/showthread.php...ghlight=renown > for the current set of rules.

are you running quests at level. if your too high a level you wont find renown.

no, i usually run quest of my level or higher on elite. thanks

ooooo *_* thanks. probably is this the problem, because i play whit my 21 lvl toon too, and he take impressive and legendary victory more easily. im asking my self why u have found a solution and a gm cant find it, and dont think at this solution... thanks , i hope this is the real problem. in fact we go from level 3 to 6 in one day. and this morning ive take the guild to lvl 7 and then i start another time to not found renown.
