Make Quivers useful/useable

For the rare players that use the countless arrows found in the game, how about making the arrows in the quiver drag-able to a hot bar. since each quiver holds a certain number of different types of arrows it must follow that the quiver has some sort of dividers inside to keep the arrows organized or else it would be that a quiver hold X amount of arrows and it would be random as to what you withdrew to shoot. Make the arrows hot bar able, similar to how when using the SoC or crafting UI you can leave the item in your bag and drag it to the device.

I like this idea. I have done some "creative" hotbarring to mitigate this, but the suggestion seems simple and good. I will add it to the easy bucket list for devs.

On a related note, could we get some more named quivers? Only have 2 in the game, both attainable at high level.
