    Lightbulb a new race

I'd recommend creating a new race called the half-demon
this half-demon could have these effects
    immune to evil

he can do a lot of classes like sorcerer mage and warrior
    alignment: chaotic

I like it. It's been a while since a new race has been introduced.

Technically, a half-demon would be a tiefling, which does not have any sort of immunities to evil typed damage. Also, to the best of my knowledge, there are no races that have class restrictions or alignment restrictions in D&D, and certainly not in DDO. Personally, I would love to be able to play as a tiefling, but there are a lot of races that I would like to see in game as well. With regards to the specific suggestion in the OP, I think there needs to be more to it than simply immunity to evil typed damage and alignment restricted to chaotic. Stat bonuses/penalties? Special abilities? enhancements?

What I want to see for a new race:
    (in no particular order)
    Kobold
    Race with +Wis (not gnome)
    Archon
    Tiefling (Horns :3)
Sprite (they do have sprites in this game! -Str, -Con, +dex. +to Ac cuz they are so small)
    Festivult meets the Ice Games

    status str + / int + /cha + /-dex - / con -
the special ability is teleportation close to the enemy takes to level 10 with any class
automatic enhancements: tougheness, mental toughness, specialization with swords, great swords, mauls, shields and bow.

    Other questions let me know

So, +2 str, +2 int, and +2 cha, with -2 dex and -2 con, yet it gets bonuses to melee combat through enhancements? I see a race like this getting a similar stigma that drow have. Also, drow are the only race that get +2 to more than 1 stat, and they are restricted in their stat point allocation for builds, so I would expect this race to get the same restriction. What stat(s) would they be able to upgrade through enhancements? I assume that the special ability would allow the character to quickly close the distance to whatever enemy they have targeted. That is a fairly cool sounding ability, though I could see it having some issues with in game mechanics, and being possibly exploitable as well in certain quests. All in all, not a bad concept, but I doubt that I would ever use one in game.

I would prefer turbine NOT invent any new races until they have introduced all (or nearly all) races already developed for DnD.

Regarding half-demon, shadereaper3 already pointed out that tieflings are DnD's "plane touched" race with ties to the evil planes.

Immunity to evil is an idea with some merit, but perhaps it could be introduced in another fashion.
I can be found on Orien as Cilon
HC7: Typhoon, Dreaded Knight, and Wish. HC6: Naivety. HC5: Who Is Here. HC4: Cylon Centurian. HC3: Soulstone in Your Pack. HC2: Carnage

    Thumbs down

There is a race already they can add and it wouldn't nor should it be immune to evil unless it was evil which it wouldn't be. They will never add evil alignments nor should they!

Only evil characters wold be immune and they won't ever add that and that's how it should be!

    This.
The civilized races of Eberron are: Changling, Drow, Dwarf, Elf, Gnome, Goblin, Half-elf, Half-orc, Halfling, Hobgoblin, Human, Kalashatar, Orc, Shifter, Warforged.

They are missing 7/15 races, don't add non-standard races.

Also, if they are going to add Tiefling, they should also add Aaismar.
That which does not kill you gives you experience points.

Personally, I would rather them add the core races, then the eberron specific races, then others. Also, since people had clamored for kobolds, i think we should add them too.

    IMO:

first little people pack (gnomes + kobolds)
then continue with either Savage people pack (Hobgoblin + Orc) or Psionic Races pack (Kalashtar, Changlings, and Shifters), then do the other.

I also believe that some races have their bonuses changed so that they are useful. For instance, a standard MM kobold would suck, but make kobolds a +2 wis, -2 cha and -2 str(possibly int instead), while giving them some unique abilities (perhaps giving them a choice of a feat which gives them shamanic SLA from either divine or arcane list, depending on which feat they took), and you would have a pretty cool monk race, in addition a good race for clerics (was looking for a shamanic angle thing).

Could change gnomes to be a +2 int and +2 dex, -2 wis, -2 cha, and -2 str, while giving them an ability along the lines of "Your trickery soul causes you a need to steal things left and right. every chest you open has a 1% per character level to grant increased loot to your party." I made it part wise as to not have a "make a gnome since they get better treasure thing" and you have a pretty nice rogue race, which the unique ability is very themed towards.

After that, one of the psionics classes should have a +2 to charisma, so every stat could have a race with a +2 in it. Myabe I'll write up a full look on how I believe these races should be later on....
