    Talking potion of ki

is a good idea to create a potion that regenerates the ki similar to that of SP
    What do you think?

I think that you can easily gain ki as it is without needing to drink a potion, so this would largely be a waste of dev time and chest space. Currently, the ways to gain ki outside of punching things are: sneak mode as a ninja spy, meditate clicky as a monk, tier 3/4 ocean stance, monk capstone, and inner focus from the GMoF tree. So, no, this would largely just be a waste.

Waste of dev time. Waste of player space. Waste of resources to whoever buys it.

    That being said...

Ki is a replenishable resource via combat. Spell points are a depletable resource via combat. So, the more a Monk fights they will never run out of Ki. The more an arcane fights, they in inevitably will run out of Spell Points.

    Plus, a Monk has Meditate.
There is no real need for a Ki potion, imho.

I don't see a need for it, but I don't have a problem with it either. My monks can't spend their ki fast enough no matter how fast I mash keys.
