Default Any Sucess in Transferring Turbine Points?

Hey there. Once upon a time when things were awesome, my husband played DDO with me. He has since...probably about a year ago, sworn off the video game as he felt it took up too much of his time. He has some Turbine points that he bought and never used probably about a month before he stopped playing, and I was wondering if anyone had had any success transferring any turbine points from one account to another like this? I have all the information on his account, assuming I remember it correctly since I set it up for him anyway, just want to know if it'd be worth my time calling Turbine and jumping through those hoops.

I'm sorry but Turbine Points must remain on the subscription they are originally acquired on. They cannot be transferred to other subscriptions, accounts or games.

At the least, there are some things in the store that aren't bound, so you could always buy those with his account and either give them to your account or sell them in game for plat/trade for other stuff. Not an ideal solution, but at least the points won't be wasted.

I would guess security issues. Makes it so that someone can't hack into your account, and put in a request to have your TP transferred to another account.

One other option if you like Jewels of Fortune is to buy those on his account, and then from his account you can cast them on your characters.

    Hiya Love-

Log in to his account, buy raid time bypasses and rare pets, auction them on the AH or through trade channels and you can sorta change those unused points into plat. Then trade it to your characters. Or buy yourself some pets.

It's not ideal, but better than just letting those points sit unused.

    Good luck with it!
