i renewed my sub via paypal (like the previous year always) and since 12/29/12 it just stopped

so i renewed it manually everyday since and it seemed to work - ingame at least - till the next day then no money was taken via paypal and my vip status was gone again, three days in a row now ^^


im bored to go on

The fact that it worked, and then failed, probably means your credit card was declined for some reason.

I would recommend contacting account support to make sure they dont have 3-5 transactions just waiting to send through for you. Trying it again and again is a very bad idea, in my experience working as a bank teller. Technically, you gave Turbine permission to charge your account each time.

in the end i just gave it up - i just start the launcher or the account login to check if im back to premium - and i am again and still stay that way...

no more logging ingame when theres no fun i will have if no vip ... quest or even play my chars due to missing classes took the fun of me totally for the moment

and since there was no statement or even response after more than a week i guess turbine just doesnt want me to play anymore ^^

Out of curiosity, did you actually contact customer support, or just leave it at this forum post? If the later, you should at the very least contact customer support to make sure that they don't go ahead and charge you multiple times for something you no longer want.
