Craft a weapon that uses Wisdom mod to attack/damage?

I noticed the 'Forgotten Light' mace has wisdom mod to attack damage (as well as strength, whichever is higher)

Is it possible to craft a weapon in this game so that it uses the wisdom mod just like 'Forgotten Light'?

No, but the druid spell flame blade makes a scimitar that does.

Crafting different stat damage and to-hit modifiers on weapons would be insanely awesome though.
