I have three DDO codes that I obtained at PAX 2012 for trade. This code is redeemed by entering it in your account at myaccount.turbine.com. Then, when logging in to the game client, each of your characters will have a swag bag in their inventory. This swag bag is redeemed at Caypenne Drop-Axe outside the front door of the Leaky Dinghy in Stormreach Harbor.
