For the cost of 4 feats. One of which just about everyone takes.

Vorpal strikes costs 2, one of which just about everyone takes.

What build is there where those 2 feats wont make up the difference?

Made a few tweeks to one of my pure Dark Monks. I ran in a CitW with a pretty competent group shortly thereafter. With Bard songs and other buffs, I saw numerous 650+ first number criticals, a 720 point first number critical, and a 728 point first number critical!

To me, spending those two extra feets so I could ultimately see critical numbers like that made it all worth it.

    Level 24 (Epic)

    Level 25 (Epic)
Epic Destiny:Grand Master of the Flowers

Weapon Finesse: Yes, dex 16 +2 tome (+4 if I ever get one) plus wind stance whitch gives me extra dex when active so it heghtens my chances of landing a strike against str 14 +2 tome (+4 if I ever get one) and I plan on useing wind stance most of the time so it make it worth a feat.

Toughness x3: well, it's a 1st life so don't have enough points to make it ideal so toughness will give me what I would have with heigher con, so no cleave on this one.

Master of Stone: it gives bonus com when active, plan to use it when on need of extra HP.
    Suggestions:
Change weapon finesse into improved sunder.
Change toughness X1 to Dodge, swap to Dark monk.
    Swap precision to power attack.
Drop Way of the Patient Tortoise IV
Drop every single Improved Concentration unless you need them for some weird prereq.
    Same for Improved Balance
    Get human heal amp.
Use human stat bonuses to boost wisdom and con (or odd stats)

But then you'd lose Improved Martial Arts and you'd also have to commit an inordinate number of build points to both STR and WIS to reach the requirements for both.
