Suffering some horrible, 10-15 minute freezing in Lower Necropolis instance i137 on Orien right now. Are any other Orien players seeing this?
Turbine, please help us.

I can't get a response from a /loc, but I tried to zone from a guild ship to house P 40 minutes ago. Still stuck in front of the airship portal. Opened a ticket with in-game support who immediately punted it, saying to open a ticket to tech support.
you'd think that a human employee would have an available channel to say, escalate to a senior GM who can then page the person on duty to bounce the server... but no, of course not. Just punt. go tell someone who cares.
Edit: /loc finally returned. i125.
For what it's worth, it would seem that Twitter is almost the best way to get a response from Turbine over crippling server issues like what we are currently suffering on Orien. I've already Tweeted, and I hope that someone will hear their mobile device beep, and start chewing some server engineer bottom.
Yep, taken me about 45 mins to log in after getting cleaning up old connection error and then it finally logs in and I'm stuck solid in front of Shadow Crypt. Seriously Turbine, stop these server bounces and just fix the servers properly once and for all. We pay you to have a nice gaming experience, not get stressed out because your maintenance is slack.

Yaaaa Cauthey's tweet notified people who give a darn!
But I think I have a new screenshot of the week submission of House P from a mile up...
Whatever actions were taken, the problem seems better now.
Thank you.
Any chance, Turbine, of getting an explanation to the community about what happened tonight? Even a layman's explanation would satiate me.
Seems server-wide at the moment.
Sarlona got hit by lag too, but then it stabilized. People were saying that begin in a quest could either help the lag or not, but once I was in the quest I was fine, whereas my party member was still having uncommon spikes. The lag did get to a point where I thought the server was going to crash.
Lag the past week or so has been monumental. I've been in several quests where I've been unable to move for several minutes at a time, and people across the server in different quests/instances were complaining of the same.
It is impressive to watch the monsters move around though when you are unable to.
