Cannot Change Email Address for Forums

Trying to change my email address with the forums and I keep getting this message:
"The password you have entered does not match your current one."

There was no field in the Change Email Address area to alter, enter, reconfigure, construct, deconstruct, assimilate or pontificate a password of any kind.
The only thing relating to the forum password was a link that takes you all the way to account.turbine.com and has absolutely nothing to do with the email address that sends information on Game Updates and the like.

Yes, I have tried to entertain it with changing my password.

Log into your turbine account.

Go down to your DDO Subscription panel.
on the right side, it says "Forum Account", Your Forum name and "Change Forum Password"
