    Default Character Undelete ETA during holiday days?

    I will not share with the community how stupidly I deleted my multiple TR-ed char, it is rather embarrassing.
    What I am interested in, is what counts as 3-5 working days, during these Christmas and New Year days? I submitted the ticket for paid undelete service on December 23rd, with payment option in TP - I bought 8k TP package for this special occassion

    At least I know that RESPONSE time is 10+ days... Maybe I am wrong and misread it - it is probably not 3 - 5, but 30 - 50...

    Dont know it but there is phone number for CS you can call I will proablly do so myself if my transfer isnt completed by monday not in a hurry really just like to see it done as you would with your request. The holidays were hectic and we arent very likely the only ones requesting special service. And its only been about 4 work days since your request

    Yes, I know - that's the reason why I need Undelete to Life spell now
    I believe in CS hoping they are not that hectic to misclick and hit the Delete Permanently button instead of the Undelete one

    I submitted my request on the 21st of December. I got an email from Turbine telling me she was returned on January 4th, but she was not. I called Turbine, they told me to reply to the message I had gotten as that message goes DIRECTLY to the rep who signed it. I did, and once I relogged, there she was!

    I understand your impatience (this was the second attempt to undelete this character and the first attempt FAR exceeded the time frame stated by Turbine before I spent the TP put aside for that purpose), so here are a couple of hints from my experience that might help (versus the ridicule I got when expressing my frustration over the same issue):

    1 - Call Turbine and inquire about the service. Their number is 781-407-4020.
    2 - Check your Junk mail folder, their reply MAY have been grabbed by email filters.
    3 - Double check your DDO Store account to make sure the TP have not yet been deducted. They only do that as they are about to complete the service.
