Default DDO install without complete download?

I just put a 2nd hard drive in my computer. Both drives have their own version of windows, so i boot into either drive. I want to install DDO on the new hard drive. I already have it installed on the old hard drive. I can copy the DDO directory and preference files (from my documents) to the new drive. Is there a way for me to install it on the new drive without spending the next 2-3 hours downloading the full installation file?

Just put a shortcut to turbinelauncher.exe on your desktop after copying the files to their new home and you are good to go. No installation necessary.
