I turn to the forum guru's for help outfitting my toons

I have been playing ddo now for a long time now, February of 06 to be exact.
the game back then had 10 levels, one raid, and no dragon's.

things were easy to understand. Vorpals cut off heads, banishers actually banished things outright,and mithril was highly sought after.

now move ahead 6 years. So many new classes.
Armors and weapons with effects i never dreamed of.
So very many possible combinations, it is making my head spin.

this is where my request to you comes in. I understand that gearing a toon well is a subjective exercise in many ways. But if you see fit to help an old time player make sense of all the possibilities, i would be deeply grateful.

Now down to the business at hand. I don't mind grinding for that one piece of loot needed. I don't run challenges much, but a am warming up to them.(except for the random loot challenges in eveningstar,I don't know what turbine was thinking with those ugh).

I am looking for endgame layouts for these toons, with few if any swap-in's. If more info is needed for you to help please Pm me and i will add the data

the format i was hoping for is as follows, and the first toon i have for gearing is.

1.human stalwart defender with full sentinal dragon marks. sword and board style defense, max Intim/ AC / PRR. this is what i envisioned when i first started playing d&d so many years ago. i used this template for the most part,http://forums.ddo.com/showthread.php...light=sentinel.

Here's how I have my tank geared out. Mine was Human with full Sentinel Dragonmarks, using eFang, but after getting Nightmare out of Caught in the Web, I TR'd into a Half-Elf with the Paladin Dilettante to get the second Intimidate timer, better saves and more survivability. I've dumped the Dragonmarks on this life. I'll use the eFang for DR breaking (crafted Cold Iron on mine) when there's no Artificier in the group, but otherwise, it's Nightmare all the way. With the Holy and Pure Good added to all weapons from Unyielding Sentinel, I don't need the dragon marks, the healing from Nightmare is way more effective. He's currently at level 12, but so far I like him better...

neck: Insightful Charisma +2 Natural Armor +6
goggles: Drow Smoke Goggles
trinket: Planar Focus of Prowess +3 Insightful Strength
armor: Embrace of the Spider Queen +8 Strength, upgraded Knight's Loyalty bonus
cloak: Adamantine Cloak of the Bear
belt: GS Min II
bracers: Epic Bracers of the Wind, GFL slotted, empty colorless slot
gloves: Purple Dragon Gauntlets
ring 1: Stalwart Ring with 20% healing amp
ring 2: Charisma +7 Resistance +7
boots: eeTreads of Falling Shadow
Main wpn: Nightmare, the Fallen Moon, upgraded to Planar Conflux, still need the other 2 tiers
shield: Alchemical, Flametouched Iron, Air/Air/Still need 3rd tier
secondary wpn: eChimera's Fang, Cold Iron slotted

I went with the Charisma focus because I took Force of Personality this life to help my saves. Also helps Intimidate, since I gave up +6 with the Deneith Intimidate and first tier of the Sentinel Dragon Marks that I had on my human life.

2. next toon that i really need help with is my 12mnk/6rng/2ftr dark monk.
(Zen) arcane archer with gtwf. I use this toon ranged and melee. this toon is one of my favorites because of its versatility.
