chat window & load screens

this idea is very simple, and should not be too hard to do.

basicaly its about makeing chat window/windows visible IN loadscreens, why?

two main reasons i can think of:
1. for all those ppl that load slow enough to care about it.
2. for all those who get stuck in load screens and would like to be able to inform party about it OR at least read chat.

i know, you will say you can type while in chat even now, BUT its a roulette, you never know if you hit enter or did ddo notice that you did it, you wont know that if you typed in anything or just opened whole lot of windows untill you get out of load screen. so it would be very usefull thing.

also, additional thing would be makeing connection icon be visible in load screen for all those who experience disconnections in load screens so they know when that happens before client shows message that it did.

Not sure if it's a bug or not, but if you enter /logout or /quit while in a loading screen, the confirmation window pops up along with the rest of the ui. You still can't move until you finish loading, and your sound (except voice chat for some reason) doesn't work until you enter another area (ie go through another load screen).

you can type into a load screen too,
assuming it's not going to spawn text, like the airship glitch

simply press enter and type away

point is that you dont know what you type OR if you type at all or just open every possible window in ddo
