    Default Druid question

Ok I am going to get 3 Druid Past Lives for my Final Arty build...

Anyway the DDO Wiki says this...

"Your equipped weapon's treasure effects, such as the 1d6 fire damage from the flaming effect, are still applied to your attacks."

Does this mean my Lit2 Heavy Repeater will give my unarmed strikes Lightning Strike when in Wolf Form?

Or do I have to be proficient?

Would equipping a Carnifex give me an AMAZING crit Profile?

Would my upgraded Dreamspitter be cool?

Or....do I just have to make a Green Steel Scimitar (or 2 if TWF?)

Proficiency penalties will still transfer in form, so consider using another weapon.

The crit range of the carnifex will not transfer in form. Instead the form's base damage and crit profile will be in effect.

You only want to use one weapon while in form, the offhand will not be used. The only stats from an offhand weapon that tarnsfer are passive ones like seeker bonus, which can be found on shields. So those are a better way to go since they also boost your defensive stats.

The upgraded dreamspitter might be cool, but a two-handed weapon is generally not recommended in form as it takes up two slots without the benefits normally accrued tp two handed fighting.

All of this assumes, based on your post, that you are in an animal form. There are non-animal form builds as well in which case weapon rules would be the same as any other class.

Not too sure about proficiency, keep seeing people state it doesn't matter. For weapons you'd likely want a one hander and shield, with the shield mastery and improved shield mastery for the phys resist and double strike, though you do seem to have to leave form to shield block.
