250, 500, 1500 Codes all exist, however they're not for sale and the only time I've ever seen them handed out or talked about is by Turbine staff.

i can say that in the ingame store, when you click to add points there's 1 option for 500tp (+200)

in payment methods there are several options, i did it once with my phone for a friend
