Highest possible Reflex?

I'm trying to work in a good number for a reflex record on my current paladin life

At the moment I can get it to 75 self buffed at level 14. Here is the break down:

Base reflex saves: 6

Dexterity Bonus:
Regular Dexterity Bonus: +13

Feat Bonus:
Regular Charisma Bonus: +12
Halfling luck: +1
Halfling Luck (reflex) enhancement: +3
Resillience: +4

Enchanted bonusses:
Item of Resistance: +5
Resistance of good: +2
Aura of Good: +1
Voice of the Master trinket: +1
Defender of Siberys: +1
Orb +5 bonus: +5 when defending

clickies/spells
Recitation: +1
Greater Heroism: +4
Resistance spell: +3 (stacks with resistance on equipment)
Tensers transformation: +2 (thanks to the dex boost)
Saves boost III: +4
haste: +1

-lightning reflexes feat: +2
-eldritch resistance: +1
-Large guild slot reflex gem: +1
-trace of madness reflex recipe: +5 (+10)
-monk class level 2: +3 reflex
-water stance: +2 to all saves
=83

so I'd like to know how I can increase this further, some things I came up with so far are the following:
-pick Charisma ability at 16,20: +1
-Paladin charisma III + stat tome +4: +1 (I'm at cha II and stat +3)
-exc. charisma +2: +1
-resistance of good III: +1 (+3)
-Defender of Siberys II: +1 (+2)
-paladin saves boost IV: +1 (+5)
-alchemical potion +2: +1
-paladin class level 14: +1 (+4)
-rogue class level 4: +2 (+4)
-uncanny dodge: +4
-good luck +2 item: +1
-Luck of heroes: +1
-Superior Parring: +2 (+4)

=18 selfbuffed

Epic destiny:
shadow dancer Tier II
passive reflex: +6
tumbling reflex: +9
dexterity reflex: +1
=16 for tier 2 ED

=111 reflex (without slotting in other ED's)

outside sources:
armor of speed: +1 (does this stack?)
