Default Caster focus, what to do?

I'm working on a build of a caster focused FvS. I already run a TWF FvS which is obviously focused on buff/dmg with the ability to heal as needed. The characters I like to play most are heal/supporting characters so I've created variations of true Cleric or true FvS on paper. It seems that I really need to pick a spell class to focus on and that's the dilema at the moment. I'm not sure what works better in mid to late game spell casting.

My initial thoughts are that I could choose to focus on Evo, Ench, or Necro as viable. It looks like the benefit of Evo is that the major spells don't have SR and therefor frees up 2 feats. I really like the idea of CC to keep enemies damage down, but it seems a high cost of feats just for command, greater command, and hold person. Never really used necro spells yet so I would need input on how well those work.

I'm leaning toward Evo which would mean the following feats in approximate order:
    Tough
    SF: Evo (human)
    Extend
    Empower
    Max
    GSF: Evo
    Heighten
    Quicken?

    Thanks,
    Shu

    A couple points:

Although Blade Barrier, as a pure damage spell, doesn't have a SR check, there is an SR check on imploding people, so don't write off Spell Pen even if you do go with Evoc.

(Spell description for Implosion isn't exactly false, but it's misleading. Casting spell automatically grants you an Implosion Aura, no SR check or save. But when the aura then tries to implode enemies, the enemies do get their SR and a save.)

Evoc is a solid choice; I won't say anything against it. But if you like instakills, Necro is better. Implosion lets you kill 5 things every 60 seconds. Destruction + Slay Living is 2 kills every...8, I think, seconds.

Divines have a few decent Enchantment spells, but not enough or good enough to make it a focus, I think.

Quicken is a must, since a pure caster FVS should be able to mass heal in difficult and raid content, and its useful on several other spells (symbol of death, other heals/cures in critical situations). Id drop extend, though.

Epic spell penetration is good, but hard to fit in, you can do it by dropping extend and getting greater spellpen as lvl 21 feat... but maybe its better to just swap extend for empower healing and get epic evo focus and great wisdom.

If youre into past lives, wiz active past life is of course perfect for a caster soul.
