1. When your THF Barb attacks a Dwarf with an +1 flaming, frost GA of elf bane, the bane attack/damage bonus ALWAYS take effect on the glancing blows against the three nearby Elves.
2. If the flaming effect proc on elf#2, then the frost will ALWAYS proc on elf#2. The proc chance is not rolled separately for each weapon effect.
3. When your frenzied Barb/6Ranger(with Elf enemy) makes a Cleave attack against the Dwarf and three Elves huddled together, you are essentially making four separate attack rolls (one against each target) and 16 glancing attack rolls (four against each target as a result of the four regular attack rolls) with the each attack hitting for +1[W] damage with no +1[W] bonus for the glancing blows. You still get the other feat/enhancement bonus on the glancing blows though.
4. For the cleave attack, you take vicious damage every time you hit (up to four times here), but you only take vicious damage when your glancing blow proc at least one weapon effect (up to 16 times max in this case). You can miss elf#3 and hit elf#1 + elf#2 with the glancing blow taking vicious damage two times when the flaming procs on elf#1 and elf#2.
