Altar of Insanity question

A quick search yielded very few altar of insanity posts. I was trying for the displacement (delerium?) on the brigadine. Was wondering if the will save would be better as it would give me +4 to what I already have. I found no info on the proc rate of the displacement....

Is it worth the chance of displac over additional +4 will (no FOM yet)

Displace will serve you much more than +4 will on melee type chars.
It procs pretty often,Id say 10% proc rate.
