Sarlona Server ERROR

Every time I try to enter into Sarlona as my character Materu, the loading bar will be full but then it'll exit out of the game and say, "The connection to the server was lost!" under a window labeled as, "Game Error". Is there something wrong with Sarlona? Any way to fix this? Please help!

Check your firewall. Sometimes patches will trigger them to block the connection.

I've already made it so that whenever my firewall is going to block something, it has to ask me. And it's been told that dndclient is okay but it's only the Sarlona world that it does this. When I get onto Khyber, it works perfectly fine. Maybe it's my character data? I haven't played her in a while since I lost DDO from my system a while back. She's in Storm Reach in the marketplace, is there something wrong with that area or what? Since I haven't played her in a while, maybe the character is too beta for the updated game? This really sucks since she's Level 5 (Cleric 3, Rogue 2)... If anybody could help that would be greatly appreciated..

I have the same issue when I start my client as well. First login will almost always be a disconnect, so I don't even bother sitting in the program after I click enter on a character screen (I alt-tab and do some net-browsing). Surely enough, after 2-5 minutes ... disconnect. Any logins from the login screen after will be fine, but the initial never loads.
