Guild renown system .. What are the current numbers that are applied?

Hi all,

as far as I understood are the numbers in regards to decay as listed on the wiki (http://ddowiki.com/page/Guild_Renown) outdated.

Is there a link available that shows the current system that's in place? Or is the one on the wiki the correct one again? I am confused :-)
