Default Web of Chaos shard/seal drop rate

Did the drop rates for shards and seals get fixed for these quest? What I mean by this is at one time the shards/seals only dropped on ENorm at an abysmal rate.

No. I have been farming these since it came out some 10(?) months ago and have not pulled my seal out of some 3000 chests opened. If counting other players this is 10000+ chest pulls without the seal.

Still EN only for seals as far as I can tell. The actual loot table was posted at one point and I doubt it's changed - the devs never bothered adding seals to the EH/EE loot table.

I've been averaging a seal per 80 chest opens or so.

Same boat. I've made several epic items I'll never use from this line, but still no epic envenomed blade seal in well over 100 eNorm runs (2 possible chests a run, non-divine).

They don't give a flying toothpick because it's ftp content. That and we have even longer-standing bugs in other areas of the game that have gone on un-addressed, so I wouldn't even toy with the idea that this will be looked in until 2014.

What bothers me is they've downsized to so few employees and the workload is piles high so it's become a huge priority game for the company. It's now a "can the players live with it vs. not" game. It seems the more money a corporation makes, the quality and dignity deprecates. All these profits transfer to the executive's pockets prior to hiring on more staff to amend the wealth of issues in the game at the moment.
