Question about druid animal attacks

Hi. I read that weapon enhancements in both main and off hands get applied to druid animal form "unarmed" attacks. Did i read that correctly? If so, is the best setup while in animal form TWF, one weapon in each hand to gain as many possible enhancements?

Incorrect.

Only the Main Hand applies not both.

Best setup in my opinion is using a Shield (With a couple of Feats) for more Doublestrike.
