I usually run New Invasion EH and Sins ENNNNH or so when levelling a 36 point toon, if it's one of my better characters.

The XP in those two is competitive with 5th and subsequent runs of IQ quests, and they are a lot more interesting. New Invasion is usually 25-30 min solo on elite and five min less on hard, Sins is quite fast on Normal although elite can take a little while (elite you'll need to use at least one shrine which slows you down as the shrine is out of the way a little).

Bastion should be 12k base XP, and while Genesis isn't hard it is long enough to warrant 9k base IMO.
    I don't have a zerging problem.

    I'm zerging. That's YOUR problem.

Give it a real go. The quests are fun - just be warned, they are harder than their level will make you expect. (This is now true of all the quests there, although when Amrath came out Wrath of the Flame and Weapons Shipment were easier than their level indicated; this has been changed now).

I actually found Wrath of the Flame one of the hardest quests to solo at level on my Wizard recently, until I realised that Greater Shout would land on those SF Clerics and would prevent their heals.

I agree that Amrath is great. It's one of my favorite packs of all. I just don't run it on a turnaround TR usually(unless there is some guildie that needs it or I happen by some lfm). The xp imo is not that great. I haven't even touched IQ or Reaver's yet and am 2 ranks from capping this life. IQ is maybe not as fun as Amrath but it is fast fast.

I just never understood, maybe you can help me on this, why does Von3 or Wiz King have so much more xp than the Amrath quests when they are just as fast and the xp is not as necessary in those amounts at that level compared to 18-20 range.(Don't get me wrong, keep that xp but buff Amrath a tad I say).

/signed, again, on Shavarath and House C quests getting an XP adjustment UP.

Both packs are incredibly fun to play, Shavarath being a bit higher up IMO, but there's little reason to run them unless you're farming for items. If you don't care for the items then they get tossed aside. In the end, I play them primarily for the fun factor, once per life, and that's it.
