    Default Worst customer service just continues to get worse.

    It's just frustrating how in-game GMs either have no power to accomplish anything whatsoever or are simply inept. Is it so much harder to have a conversation with me about my issue than to simply copy/paste some ****, close my ticket, and usher me off?

    At one point a long long time ago, I considered Everquest C.S. horrendous. But you know something, in retrospect, it was 1000x better than this pointless facade.

    Well I will continue to play DDO but you are correct, the cut and paste ****... well its just sorry. Four out of my last five tickets have been C&P and not answered the question stated at all. In fact they have been way off the question. I am a firm believer the question was not even read. Because no one can be that inept. It was not a hard question. I have posted it here, and lots of players answered, no one from turbine did. I have simply come to the conclusion that I will not ever ask for in game help again or help here in this forum, I will do it in general where the players who have been through it will answer and likely get it right.
