    Default Shield Mastery Question

    Does Improved shield Mastery stack with or replace Shield Mastery?


    Does a tower shield give 25PRR(SM + ISM) or Just 15PRR(ISM)?

    They do not stack. The amount of PRR and double strike that Improved Shield Mastery claims is the grand total you will receive.
