Where do you get your spell power and charisma from?

After coming back from a long year or so break I've missed a few updates that would make me even more undergeared. My main concerns are Charisma, and spell power, and SP lastly. In my ED (Draconic Incarnation) i've taken 2 Charisma and that puts me at 34 I don't plan on taking anymore, but as a WF sorcerer I only loose 2 charisma points, my goal is to be standing at 40charisma at all times, right now i only have a +6 Cha item and the water savant set (is that even worth the 2 caster levels it gives anymore?) My charisma break down is 21base +5 feat +6 enchantment and finally a +2 from tome = 34 Where would i hunt down my +7 or +8 item? and where would i place my exceptional +1 +2 or the +3 one? My Sp is also standing at 3198 with archmage item

Easies gear sets are from the commendations cleric wiz from eveningstar

takes 5 so pretty easy to get then u get one of the named armors off demonweb

and bam cake u can also get the set bonus for the 10% sp discount it rocks

Check out the Spidersilk Robes, not to be confused with the Spider Silk Robe. You can pick them up on the AH, but they're in a chest that is very very easy to farm. You get your 8 Cha, a decent 72 Potency, sew up your Concentration item, and get Resistance 6 and Toughness to boot.

For other spell power, look for Thaumaturgy staffs of at least ML 23: 108-120 in two elements, Superior Lore in one element, and an Efficient Metamagic. Again you can pick them up on the AH, and they fall pretty regularly in any old chest.

I'm at 40 with my lvl 18 human sorc.

18 start, 4 lvl ups, 4 tome, 6 item, 2 insightful (upgraded Calitomes ring), 4 enhance, 2 ship. This means similar DCs as a first life Wiz but with faster casting, shorter cool downs, stronger nukes, better SLAs and with 2800 spell pts. In short, an incredible killing maching.

I'll get it to around 50 once I cap out again. That is the downside of being a WF...

+1 from lvl 20 lvl up, +1 exceptional from epic Flameward (slotted w heavy fort) or slotted in epic bracers of the wind or from a ToD ring, +1 gr CHA lvl 21, +2 for lvl 8 item (spidersilk robes), possibly +1 insightful (+3 insightful planar conflux trinket), +1 lvl 24 lvl up, possibly +1 twisted, +4 or so from ED

Possibly take something else for lvl 24 feat - epic spell pen, evo or necro dc, epic toughness, etc.
