It's quite a while now that this bug is live, anyone got news if it is going to be fixed or any dev comment about it?

To be more clear, i'm talking about the issue that Max Caster Level increases don't work with some arcane spells (Niac's Biting Cold, Eladar Electric Surge, Ice Storm, Firewall, Shockin Grasp, Electric Loop and more i don't remember).
