Was in a TOD the other day and badly needed to squelch someone. Tried to add him to my list by right clicking his name - didn't work. Tried adding him manually via /squelch add <name> - didn't work.
Checked my squelch list on that character, it's empty.
Logged onto another character on the same account, it has a squelch list ...
Anyone have any ideas what i'm doing wrong or what i can do to resolve this?

Log out and log in, might be the same issue as the friends list.
