change WF armor feat to enhancement

Solves problem for feat starved class like Favored Souls, Paladin, Barbs...
And if you want WF to be penalized for advantages of being WF (ie "WF immunities", being repairable) then adjust the enhancement costs accordingly.


And while we're at it, change the completionist feat to an enhancement also.

I used to disagree with this - but since the Devs saw fit to strip WF of their immunities (again), I think this would be a fair compensation.

The Enhancement idea is a good one as well - but I like the free feat more.

I did come up with the idea but I included it on my Easy Bucket List for Devs http://forums.ddo.com/showthread.php?t=400066 (shameless thread plug).

I prefer the free feat to enhancement, but enhancement is probably better than the current state of affairs.
