Green Dragonscale Armor (Medium) At Last!

Hey there forum readers. I finally got my green dragon armor with the help of my guild The House of Mangar on Argonnessen server. Many thanks to guild leader Teliif, Armondel and Aurorim (Who passed me those hard to acquire heroic accommedations) and the rest of my guildies. Congrats on your armor acquirement. It has a very greco-roman air about it, definately a suit of armor for champions.

Looking at the first 2 pics I didn't even realize he was wearing armor. I thought it was just a pic of a Half-Orc standing around in his underwear as a before pic.

I have to admit that when I first saw that pic my first thought was "Emperor's New Clothes"...

Wow, that's terrible bug, it must have been a big disappointment. Congratulations anyway and hope it gets fixed soon.

Been submitting bug reports since 11/28/12 when i first got it. Even sent in a support ticket to Turbine and they have the nerve to ask for my DXdiag, as if everyone else in-game doesn't see the same thing (already checked around, duh! ask my guildmates). Ball's in your court, Turbine! I'd call this a quality of life issue for me and everyone else on the server. The server is missing out on the great graphics (that someone probably poured their blood, sweat, and tears into) of the green dragonscale armor as it doesn't show. Instead of turning cows into oxen (Like W-T-F! Who cares! Please fix the things that really matter first then you can work on minutiae and pin-point accuracy, please...), how about fixing my armor so that it's available for EVERYONE to see as I run by!

Even had to burn 150 turbine points to buy an armor kit to cover up my naked, miserable shame:





I would LOVE to enjoy the fruit of my labors and be able to see the **** armor that I worked so very long and hard to acquire. I've earned this, help me, please!

Haha, i would never have known, just thought it was how it was suppose to be. I guess i better start looking at a few more naked half orc pictures so i am more prepared in the future. I had just been thinking it was inspired by the olympics or something.

Basically.... Yes I guess you could. Only problem is when the monsters attack you. More fun is wearing armor, but insisting that you're naked.... Wish I could do that.

So I did correspond via email back and forth with Turbine support. Unfortunately, the last email on 12/11 read as follows:
"Greetings ,

Thank you for your reply. This may be related to an issue under investigation by our engineering and testing teams currently (note that it should be appearance only, the stats of the armor still do apply correctly). We would recommend using the armor kit appearance in the interim and if you have not previously done so be sure to report this via the /bug command in game or via the forums here.

I sent a response asking if there was any eta on a fix and received this response:
"Greetings ,

Thank you for your reply. Currently we (Tech Support) do not have an eta however any information regarding the issue would be posted to the forums/main site when it became available.

So looks like I'm ewscrayed for the interim. Thanks again Turbine
But I do appreciate the Tech support effort and that they at least looked into the issue.

Every time I encounter a Paladin's Aura of Good, the PINK nightshield animation + sound FX procs every 2 seconds, ...endlessly. I wish I could patch that away with an armor kit. It's driving me nuts!
