disconection on loading screen going to quest

Since last update, I keep getting stuck on loading screen


WHEN
Not when I log to the game, but inside the game when I

- enter a wilderness (any of them)
- enter a quest (for example half of the time when I enter "The house of the Rusted Blades", but it happens when I enter any quest)
- go through a portal within a quest (example Abbot)

HOW OFTEN
Sometime it happens 2-3x in row, sometime I can run a few quests and nothing happens, but at least every hour I would say...

HOW
I go on loading screen, and nothing happen, I can hear people in my party, I can talk to them but I'm stuck on loading screen et after a few minutes (about 5m but sometime more than 10m) I get disconnected.
When it happens, I know it right away, the blue loading bar doesn't' move at all...

It's not the same thing I have when entering Sands of Menechtarun, when I enter Sands, immediatly I have a crash message, here, nothing, I just have to wait....

AND
Oh and every 3-4 time I crash I have the chat bug, so I need to relog one more time !


I dont' play on full screen, but on window mode.
This never happened before update 16.
I completely removed the game from my pc and reinstalled it... but nothing changed

HELP
Is anyone else having this problem?
How could I SIMPLY fix it ? (I'm a noob with wizard and pc)
