I don't understand the idea behind splitting your level up points between so many attributes.
Kobold sentient jewel still hate you.

Healing is easy to do with a favored soul, but when it is fairly hard to damage cast and melee as most offensive spells are going to require a high spell DC to deal nice damage. There are some spells that don't have a save though, and if you are melee based they might be what you want to use for damage casting.

I would recommend choosing melee or spell casting. You can babble with the other, but you should focus on one. I noticed you are a warforged, and Warforged favored souls make excellent melee toons. Healing spells don't require you to invest in your wisdom, which has a -2 racial modifier. You need a decent charisma in order to cast your spells, but you can start with just 12, and with an item and some enhancements easily reach 19 charisma to cast your highest level spells.

You took levels of Monk and Rogue in your initial build, what were your intentions? You mentioned 3 monk gives you a healing amp, and 2 rogue gives you UMD, but you only need one level of rogue for that, and even then why do you need UMD? UMD is very nice, but on a favored soul you can already use raise scrolls, and you can heal yourself instead of repair yourself, so you don't need to UMD wands. Fire shield, stone skin, etc. are nice scrolls to use, but you already are trying to melee, damage cast, and heal.

2 monk gives you evasion, 2 rogue gives you evasion, but one only need one evasion feat. monk gives you 2 bonus feats, but staying pure favored soul has its advantages as well. If you want evasion I would take 2 levels of monk.

What kind of weapon do you want to use? I find quarterstaves with nice spell casting properties on them, so my clerics tend to use those, but if you want to melee I recommend using great swords (warforged can be favored by the lord of blades for proficiency).

If you want to focus on melee and some healing I'd stay pure Favored soul with
18 str, 8 dex, 18 con, 8 int, 6 wis, 12 cha. all levels in str
feats: toughness, power attack, THF, ITHF, GTHF, imp. crit: slash, quicken spell.
Buff, and melee away. Heal party members as needed.

    If you want to focus on damage casting: pure favored soul;
8 str, 8 dex, 8 int, 18 con, 16 wis, 12 cha. All levels in wis.
Feats: toughness, empower, maximize, quicken, heighten, spell pen, greater spell pen (or SF: evoc + GSF: evoc)
    damage cast to your content.

If you want to blend the two it is hard, but possible: 18 favored soul, 2 monk.
str 14, dex 8, con 16, wis 16, cha 12. all levels in str
feats: Monk(toughness and power attack), empower, maximize, quicken, Imp crit: slash, THF, ITHF, GTHF
use a great sword when melee fighting, switch to a quarterstaff and enter the water stance when casting (or use two kamas if you can get better properties on those)

If you aren't attached to being favored soul you could make a cleric instead. I think a clonk might be more like what you want (15/3/2 cleric/monk/fighter focusing on unarmed strikes, high wisdom for stunning fist and casting)

Hope that helps a little. Mostly we need to know what you want to do with this build, and what race you want to use.

At a glance I'd say you're spreading yourself too thin: on the caster side, you're missing lvl 8 & 9 spells and your DCs will be sub-par (since you mention Cometfall, I presume offensive spells are at least part of what you want to do); on the the melee side you only took one DPS feat and have relatively low base STR; and you loaded up on Mental Toughnesses, which you wouldn't need if you didn't give up so many FvS lvls. You appear to have a ton of gear - or maybe you're just really optimistic? - so maybe you'll be fine. But it almost seems like you're stacking the deck against yourself.

Generally when it comes to FvS, I prefer either pure, monk 2 splash, or (in the "heavily gimp / flavor build" category) FvS 12 / 6 / 2 (usually something heavily-melee-focused). Even by my standards, this build just seems...odd.

    PaxsMickey:

I was getting lots of questions on why 2/rogue and the initial reason is for another +1 UMD.

As this build requires to be good, I need to use all types of scrolls, divine and arcane, so UMD for Tenser's Transformation in melee along with Greater Heroism(before clicky) I can't roll through on a low UMD. Self healing mostly, will switch to maybe a cure mod mass but really if I need to heal just Mass Heal scroll with Quicken.

I didn't post all of the feats I would take so my extra feats I have will be THF.

    Unbungwah:

Mostly all I'm not 100% okay with in this build is the loss of Mass Heal for raids where I might need to back up, but overall this is a solo build.

I love to be optimistic for gear
-All the GS is quite simple up to Tier 2
-ToD equipment takes about 2 runs with a full group to get all you want(nobody wants anything I wan)
    -IQ equip is simple
    -Epic Items ... blegh

    Both:
I would like to take into consideration of the 18/fvs 2/monk for maybe 2nd life on this toon.
I'm currently lvl 10 on this build and I must say, It's fantastic for zerging(not as good as bladebarrier)

    New:
I will also be making a new character with the same 15/3/2 Split but I'm thinking of spreading it as
    15/Paladin 3/Monk 2/Fighter or 15/Paladin 3/Monk 2/Ranger

    Fighter Vs. Ranger
    +2 Feats / Fighter +1
    Free TWF / Ranger +1
    Higher HP dice /Fighter +1
Ranger Favored Enemy / Ranger +.000001

Thanks a bunch for all the help on the build !!!

If you feel you need UMD maybe consider a level of Artificer instead of Rogue. Artificer adds a natural +1 to UMD, allows you to use repair wands, adds a few more spell points, and you get a fun dog to pull trapped levers.

Is there a reason for using Tenser scrolls instead of Divine Might scrolls, or your Bladesworn transformation clicky?
UMD would still be nice for stone skin, fire shield, bypassing alignment restrictions, etc, but it was just a thought.

    Another interesting split is 16/2/2 FVS/Pally/(monk/rogue) or 17/2/1 FVS/Monk/Arti

if you can fit disable device in your skill points, the "find traps" spell is usually enough when coupled with gear to find the trap boxes.

    (sorry if this is annoying)

    Best Wishes,
    -PaxsMickey

I presume you mean "Divine Power" - why would OP use scrolls when he can cast the spell himself? Also, doesn't DP stack with Tensers now? Since DP provides enhancement bonus while TT is Alchemical. If so, that's an incentive to use both. Does Bladesworn still block spellcasting? If so, that's a pretty strong incentive not to use it. Although Bladesworn is Profane bonus, so you should be able to use all three, as long as BT is last; you can't heal, but you can chug Repair pots. Can you still use wands w/BT?
