In a recent PSA thread started by a guildie about bringing your best contribution to raids, I posted:
And the fourth thread I ever posted on the DDO forums back in 2010 was "What are BBs?"
I never would have dreamed that back then, I'd have a pair of:
Good + Silver + Cold Iron + GEOB...
And ridiculously easy to make some approximation that fits your melee style. But today I met a rogue who not only lived up to the worst stereotypes of rogues but players in general. Squishy, no DR-breakers, inconsiderate of everyone else's time.
In a PuG elite ToD that I joined.
Held everyone up to swap to an "off" ED, required constant attention + artie buffs, died in pt3 then gleefully announced that he was in an "off" ED. This is not a PSA. I don't expect anything to change. Just some random thoughts of the day.Code:(Party:): [To Party] everyone's here except for ***** (Guild:): [Guild] Kobeyashi: didn't it fill 15 min ago? (Guild:): [To Guild] *****'s holding the whole group up (Party:): [Party] *****: switching destinies ... zzz... ... pt1... (Party:): [Party] *****: silver pls. ... pt2... (Party:): [Party] *****: silver pls. ... pt3... (Party:): [Party] *****: silver pls. (Party:): Your party member, *****, has died. (Party:): [Party] *****: silver pls. TL;DR: Pretty much the same thing I say in every post - Play your best and you will see more of the game.
