    Default Raid Timer obj / drop rate and where to find it ?

    I know that you can buy this tool on the shop... but i know also that it can be found somewhere and somehow..




    where it usually drops ? and is it rare or not ?

    All DDO store drops are 100% random, from level 1 to level 30 chests. There is no farming this item.
    Playing (and dying) since Open Beta...
