Does anyone use this? Is it any good?
In our guild of halflings noone has ever bothered trying it. Would it be a waste of time... for example on a fighter?

I've used it a lot, it is actually quite good. It helps the tank hold aggro by providing him with a little extra DPS.

It is nice to have - I do feel however that it should be a passive {activated like Power Attack} Buff however rather than a timed Clickie.
Either that or significantly up the timer!

I agree. As it stands its an action boost for another character.

I took it on my pure Warchanter Halfling Bard, just as part of the ultimate buffer package.

It also helped make short work of Elite Hound of Xoriat. (That was pre-ED days; there are even faster ways now.)

Very few people have it, but I really like it. Of course, it does mean playing a loot sacrifice race, but well... what's another sacrifice more or less?
