A friend of mine has issues with his in game audio and cant seem to get it working (hearing or PTT). I've tried talking him through it (using Skype) but we just cant seem to get it working. He lives in another country so i cant get in front of his PC either to help him out.
Is there a step by step guide anyone knows of that i could point him to to help out?

Did he check if the correct Sound Playback device was activated in the DDO audio settings?
Same with Voice Playback and Capture Device.
