Unable to access new character slots

Hi,

I bought two character slots, but do not appear on the character selection screen. Do I have to do something to unlock them? Can you fix this?

Do you have the option to create a new character?

Been a while so I can't remember if it show you empty slots when you buy them or if you just have the option to make a new toon.

Also have to ask the stupid question , did you use the scroll bar to scroll down?

I could not create new characters (create button was not activated)

But is solved. It seems that it took a while to update my account.
