I've recently bought the expansion (standard edition), but when i log in it seems like i haven't.

My inventory space is not full and i've already logged in and out twice.

Did you purchase it from the DDO Market with cash or in game with TP? If you bought in from the mraket you should get an email with a code you need to apply to your account at https://myaccount.turbine.com/.

No, nor was it ever intended to. The sale was only for the packages on the marketplace, as advertised.

Thanks shade! All I saw was the ad that said 75% off, didn't see the part where it wasn't intended to be used where 99% of all DDO transactions take place. But thanks for pointing out that the discount was intentionally available only through third party intermediaries and rather than the convenient, intuitive and widely used in game store. I wonder why it didn't and if it ever will.

And when you look under 'my account' does it show the update in your subscription?

Easiest thing, just call CS.
