Your advice is technically correct, yes. However, given the fact that the OP almost certainly already knew this, it's probably not that helpful.
That's why my first post in this thread included the smiley: while also valid advice, it seems most likely that the OP wanted to know what options might be available without having to TR into another class entirely. That is to say, I was being (somewhat) facetious.
Can't argue with that. HP and SP are important but it's possible to focus on them to the point of trading off too much from a character's key abilities.
