Zen and I would like to start 20 different shroud flavor runs around Christmas, but we need your help to figure out what we can do. We'd like to make most or all of our runs equal opportunity for most of our friends. So if someone doesn't have a cleric or something, they can always switch the the Angel or Sentinel epic destiny and make it count. We want the emphasis to be on fun, and we want to make flavor runs that are actually achievable without too much headache for the most part. Here's what we've come up with so far:

1. gear-free (naked)

2. monk-style (no weapons but you can have your gear)

3. all-divine (or the appropriate ED)

4. alcohol-fueled (or the over 21 shroud)

We need a lot of help, Khyber! We'd like to start our shroud runs with at least 15 good flavors in mind. Once we figure out what we're doing, we'll post up a day and a time so that everyone who posted can join!

I don't play on khyber much but here are some ideas:

Coffee shroud. Everyone must have drank too much coffee and be super rambunctious.

Wrong weapon shroud. Melees must use ranged weapons (preferably bows), bow users must use throwing daggers, crossbow users must equip a one handed melee weapon, and nukers must duel wield melee weapons. You aren't allowed to respec for your new weapon type.

Sound effect shroud. You must have a mic. Every time you do an action you have to make an appropriate noise over voice chat. Let the hilarity ensue. (note: EVERY. SWING. AND. SPELL.)

I don't play on khyber much but here are some ideas:

Might be interesting to do a non-blue bar shroud. Half assed casters such as rangers and pallies should be allowed, but not things like bards or artis. Have some rogues who can UMD heal scrolls and mass moderate wounds scrolls perform as the main healing for the raid, but have everyone expecting to need to pot or self heal. The right destinies and twists of fate could really be the game changer here. Could be fun, could be a trainwreck (ah, but Scarlet, that's the same thing)

Everyone must have voice chat, and you roll 1d12 to pick someone to choose songs. Then everyone sings along.

Bonus points for a 'surprise' karaoke shroud where PUGgers are not warned in advance.

Silver Flame Club Shroud!

Korthos Gear Shroud (Will require some prep work on players parts) - Can only use Korthos Gear!

A popular one I see in LFMs is the all-female shroud, but I suppose that is not very "All Inclusive".

I do like Sabotage Shroud! There are a lot of interesting ways to secretly screw up a shroud, like activating the rednamed in part 2 early, or killing them out of sequence, or messing with tiles in part 3.... fun times

"Classy" shroud - Every must wear "the big top" with /showhelmeton through the entire raid.

Shroud Tag - One (or more) people are "it"; they can take no action except to follow the group. No spells, no abilities, no clickies, not even potions to save their own lives. They can, of course, gather loot and use shrines between areas, however. After 60 seconds, or some other agreed upon period of time, they /roll d12 and publicly declare whichever name corresponds with their roll on the party raid list (obviously a 1 means its the the same person again). The person who has been called is the new "it"! Hilarity ensues when the wailer in part 1, crystal smasher in part 2, unlocker/puzzler in part 3, or healer in part 4/5 are chosen at an inopportune moment! (And yes, i just made this up, so it could be a terrible idea)

I wish I could do this one, but I'm TRing Pealea before we start so I'll just have a sorc and a cleric at 20 by then...course if I didn't use my blue bar...
