DrowTempest? Bard 16/ Ftr 2/ Rogue 2 (32pt)

I know this build is usually built human but I'd heard that Drow might get tempest PrE so I made a speculation build. I used rapiers as main weapons because Epic Elyd's Edge is a rapier and there are plenty of rapiers out there but build uses shortswords as well.

Ah, I see. I was wondering, why You would call a bard with not a hint of ranger a Tempest and not, for instance, Drizzty Martin, but that's all clear now.

I really wish they'd open up the information pipe a bit more on the enhancement pass. Otherwise it's going to be just as overwhelming flood as the expansion has been, which will most probably result in a year of patchwork, just like the EDs.
