16 billion 980 thousand XP in 4 days, PUG and solo

So I havent been able to play much last couple months and then all the sudden some play time fell into my lap..right on a 25% epic XP bonus weekend.

So I did what any person would do, I set out to level a toon to 25 then cap all EDs. Mind you I did have to work 3 of the 4 days, but today (sunday) was only a 5 hour day, giving me playtime before and after work.

Want to thank all the puggers who hit my LFMs these last few days. The last two + days being intense capped farming I do want to apologize for my frantic pace, mumbling mic and impromptu naps during the runs. Extra condolences out to the folks i gave some unrequested advice to on how to help quicken our runs

So you're saying that the bulk of your play time was one five hour session? Okay, so I'll assume that on the other 3 of 4 days you had less time, let's say 4.5 hours, for a total of 18.5 hours. And you're trying to tell us that you earned 16million xp in that time? Let's take off the 25% xp bonus, 5% ship, 30% pot and you're earning 506,000xp/hour....

edit: oh, i see. misread. sunday was only a 5 hour work day... okay, so even at 16 hours per day, that's 64 hours. That's still 152kxp/hr.... We're supposed to believe that?

I believe him. Had a guildy cap all destines in 3 days with no bonus going. Farming rusted blades at L 25 1-3 minute runs or so easy peasy. Impossible Demands and House of Death Undone are pretty sick too.

hum, well, sitting here staring at a ED map with all 5s (but only grandmaster truely capped capped) and last week I chose his first destiny..so I dunno, was gonna do before/after screenies but all the sudden my ctrl+p situation isnt working. So, believe it if you want, dont if you want. I just posted because I just got done with the knarliest grindfest I probably have ever taken part of and I wanted to post a screenie

Yes that is very possible.
Since he was at -20% with me last night in Impossible Demands (22k instead of 26k). For 4 minute runs that is 330kxp in 1 hour.

That is on the slow run side. I went from lvl 0-lvl 4 Sentinel during the run last night with him joining when i was lvl 2 and going for about 1.5 hours.

Uhm, 500 kXP/hour is not that hard to achieve. 20% pot and the 25% epic XP and its almost casual speed *g* The question is: How long can you keep playing that playstyle

heh skullz points out one major bummer in this whole thing, I did run impossible demands 1 too many times before hittin epic XP cap so did the whole ED grind with an extra -10% XP as well. probably not going to make a mistake like that again with my other toons i tell you what!

I was just reading in another thread that the Ctrl+P is working but since Update 16 it doesn't give you a message stating so. Many other have noted they can still get their pic in the normal directory.

interesting..and i know i was mashing the command repeatedly going *** so my folder is probably very nicely stocked ..dont really remember the actual folder always used to copy/paste from the ddo readout into search to pring the indiv pic up..ill just search 'screens'

Was running a quest last night getting 25kxp every 1 minute 10-40 seconds ... 2 lvl 25 toons required for that time/repeated xp. 4 toons can get it under a minute.

Yes, that is a very modest benchmark. With the bonus and a 30% potion running you can now know the reason the Midler farm has seen better days: My monk and Priestess Vicala have had so many fights in that house you would think that they’re an old married couple.
