Epic destinies and fatepoints

Hello

Have stopped TR some and have started to play my toon Kzafyr on Khyber at epic lvls instead. Suddenly the game are very fun again, doing new quests and explore things, wonderful!

My search fu isnt so good so i have two questions.

1. Do i need to max xp on all destinies to max fatepoints or is it enough go lvl 5 and stop?
(I think i have read that but am not sure?, and i dont find info about it).

2. Do tomes of fate drop at same lvl as in turbine store? Or can you get higher in game? (I really hope you always can get that kind of things higher in game than just buy it, but i have also read that turbine store offered as high as in game, but cant find that info either)

1. You get your fate points from your destiny level, so you just need to hit level 5 to get the maximum, no need to cap it out.

2. As far as I know, only +1 and +2 tomes of fate are available. +1s definitely drop in game (I've found one myself) but they are very rare; I have yet to hear of anyone pulling a +2.

the fate points only require lvl 5 for all destinies not max xp

the tomes, you can get up to a +2 tome now(insanely hard and rare to get)
